This page is the single current comparison of what each Davar App role can do. Administrator includes every Operator and User capability.
First, note: Home, Bible, public galleries, and published announcements normally work without signing in. The table compares the features added after you sign in under Settings → Account.

User
The basic role for Bible AI and contributions. It can upload Verse Cards, photos, and videos.
Operator
Includes every User capability and can also create and send Church announcements.
Administrator
Includes every Operator capability and can manage cards and media and read Administrator Web Book. Order management is available when enabled by the Church server.
No sign-in
Public content is separate from roles. Management access is not required simply to view public screens.
What management includes
Announcements: Review the title, message, optional link, and audience; publish and send Push; inspect or withdraw sent content.
Verse Card management: Edit titles, comments, and Blogger labels; rotate in 90-degree steps; or delete a published card.
Photo/video management: Bulk or original-file download, Public/Private changes, event tags, rotation, deletion, and duplicate review.
Order management: When order management is enabled by the Church server, an Administrator can create, edit, or copy setups; open or close ordering; publish announcements; schedule Push; and review orders, CSV, and revision history.
Administrator Web Book: Read protected books shown only while the device has a valid Administrator authorization.
Under Account, sign in with the password provided by the Church.
Check the displayed Role and the enabled capabilities marked with green checks.
Sign out when finished to immediately close Bible AI, upload, and management access.
If the table and app differ: Check your connection and reopen Account. Access is verified with the server at sign-in, and the capabilities shown on the app's Account screen are the features currently enabled on that device.
Separate access systems
My branches: Controls the audience for branch notifications. Selecting a branch never grants Operator or Administrator access.
iPhone notification permission: Controls whether the device can display Push alerts. It is separate from the app role.
Member Web: Browser member access uses separate authentication. Signing in to Member Web or Davar App does not automatically unlock the other.
Contribution session: A contributor's access to their own legacy Private media depends on the same valid contribution session, not on Administrator access.
