What's New in Version 1.21
User Setup
Settings now shows whether church sign-in and at least one branch are configured. Each incomplete item opens its settings directly.
After both are complete, User Setup changes to a gray completed summary with a green check.
Clearer Settings
Account and My branches remain editable below after setup. If you are already signed in, User Setup does not ask for the password again.

What's New in Version 1.20
Branch-aware Announcements and Orders
Choose All members or one or more branches for each order and announcement. The list shows its audience, highlights notices for all members or your branches, and places dimmed notices for other branches below them.
Settings keeps a default order-notification audience while each order can override it. Pasadena remains a fixed Headquarters choice even though it is not a Blogger branch.
Closing order acceptance now confirms completion with an alert after the server accepts the change.
Home and Update Details
Verse Cards and branch-blog rows show their Blogger tags. Verse Card deletion now appears inside the authorized editor.
Social updates show the newest item from each configured YouTube source plus available items from the previous month. Website, Verse Card, branch-blog, and Store publication windows keep Home focused on current information.
Daily update notices preserve exact titles and one-tap links for changed pages, videos, Verse Cards, and Store products while Push text remains a short count summary.
Image of God Reading
Improved long continuous scrolling and position tracking across printed-page boundaries.
Book headings, quotations, indentation, strong emphasis, and paragraph spacing now come from validated server Markdown. Pull to check for a new revision; failed or offline refresh keeps the last readable cached copy.

Build 238 Public availability confirmed:

What's New in Version 1.19
Preview, Purchase, and Six-Digit Activation
Before purchase, Image of God now shows its title, original cover, and full table of contents. A button above the cover opens its Davar Store product page.
After purchase, tap Enter activation key directly below the purchase button, enter the issued six-digit key, then activate and download without signing in to the app.
Direct activation opens the first readable section; activation from a locked contents item opens the selected section. The activated text is saved on the device for offline reading.
Reader and Study Tools
On a new installation the Bible reader starts in a spacious one-pane Japanese layout. A user's selected one-, two-, or three-pane layout remains saved after relaunch.
Image of God switches between optimized Continuous view and Original page view. Swipe left or right through original pages, or use two panes to keep Scripture beside the book.
Use full-text search, linked contents navigation, bookmarks, notes, highlights, text selection, and text-to-speech with the same controls used for Scripture.
Narration, Links, and Stability
Long-form narration starts at the open page and continues page by page to the end. It supports background playback, Lock Screen and Control Center commands, and Bluetooth/AirPlay routing.
Improved recovery from the saved reading position after navigation audio from a maps app interrupts narration.
Push notifications sent from Order Settings and order-related church announcements can now open the native Orders screen directly.
Fixed a presentation crash when opening Bible screens and sheets in the iPad app running on Mac.
Review an Order Before Submission
The member journey now proceeds through name, email, items, quantities and comment; a complete review; Submit order; then confirmation through the checkmark on the open order and its History entry.
Order saving and confirmation-email delivery are shown as separate states, so a missing email does not hide whether the order was saved. Six-digit email verification is not used for normal ordering; it is reserved for restoring history on another device.
New administrator order settings explain the sequence Content, Supplier, Schedule, and Save, followed by opening the saved draft to start acceptance, publish an announcement, or send Push. Tag-like action clusters were replaced by a grouped detail screen.
Clearer Photo/Video Contribution and Input Fields
The upload sheet distinguishes Photos, full-size originals in Files, and a Cloud Share URL, with on-screen guidance for recent media, original files, and large or older cloud collections.
After automatic retries, Upload Queue identifies each remaining failure by an available thumbnail, photo/video type, original name or type-qualified selection order, available capture time, and reason. Retry only a transfer failure, or choose the item again when iPhone could not prepare it.
Purchase keys, orders, contributions, search, and administrator editors now use a consistent white input surface that is distinct from instructions and read-only cards. The key example is the unmistakably non-production 111-111.

Build 230 Released:
BookOrdersAnnouncementsMedia
What's New in Version 1.18
New Features
Added the licensed book Image of God by Toru Asai to the Bible reader. After activation with a purchased six-digit key, the book remains available on the device and can be read offline.
Added ordering with quantity entry, editing, cancellation, status and completion indicators, order history, and restoration on the same signed-in device. History is protected by the device session and the email address entered with the order; a separate six-digit email verification step is no longer required.
Reading Improvements
Image of God supports continuous and original-page views, a linked table of contents, full-text search, split panes with Scripture, highlights, notes, bookmarks, and text-to-speech.
Improved the cover and contents layout, Markdown emphasis, page-boundary cleanup, and chapter spacing.
Changed the contents control to a numbered-list icon so it is distinct from search. Reading aloud now continues to the end of the chapter containing the current position instead of stopping at an old physical-page boundary.
Announcement and Media Improvements
Reorganized Announcements, Notifications, Orders, and server-managed event pages. Time-sensitive Member Web pages now appear together under Events.
Announcements containing an email address open a prefilled mail composer; other announcements open the relevant weekly-bulletin page.
Media uploads now identify the photo or video that failed and improve retry/import handling. After pinch-to-zoom, enlarged content can be moved with one finger.

Build 191 Released:
Bible AIBible studyAccounts

New Features

Added linked-word highlighting for WLC Biblical Hebrew with KJV and Japanese Kougo-yaku, Greek New Testament with KJV, and Delitzsch Hebrew New Testament with KJV and Kougo-yaku.
Centralized role-based sign-in and sign-out in Settings for Bible AI, Verse Card uploads, photo/video uploads, announcements, Verse Card management, and photo management.
Improvements and Fixes
Bible AI now opens at the newest messages so a new question can be entered immediately, and empty saved conversations can be deleted reliably.
Improved Cornelius Fellowship remembered access and sign-out, Verse Card ordering, and photo/video management reliability.
1.16
Build 187 Released:
Bible AIBulletinsMedia tagsHome
What's New in Version 1.16
New Features
Each Bible pane now identifies its current Bible or study resource. Supported OS versions can translate commentary, Bird's Eye View, and TSK explanatory text on device.
Home now shows the three newest Verse Cards.
Two landscape printer spreads in weekly bulletins are displayed as four portrait reading pages in the correct order; sharing still uses the original PDF.
Added 2026 JBS/SBS event tags, automatic event tagging, administrator bulk tag editing, and capture-date range filters.
Improvements
Added pull-to-refresh to supported network, PDF, and web-content pages.
Prevented duplicate Verse Card entries in the Global Branch Blog and refined navigation and translation behavior.
Expanded descriptions for 14 visible Sources & Licenses items and removed the retired Palmer commentary from visible choices.
Improved original-file handling, downloads, loading indicators, selection clearing, and zero-result states in Church Photos & Videos.
Bug Fixes
Restored inline Bible AI citation numbers such as [1], aligned with the source list and supporting excerpts.
Fixed a Mac Designed-for-iPad issue where selecting an event tag with no matching media could leave the app unresponsive at nearly 100% CPU.
A malformed or unavailable refresh now retains the last valid document instead of replacing it with a broken or empty view.
Fixed inconsistent loading, download, empty-gallery, and media-selection state transitions.
Safety & Answer Grounding
Bible AI clearly labels Davar-source-verified answers separately from general Bible answers that are not verified as Davar teaching.
If relevant Davar material cannot be retrieved for a Davar-specific question—such as a branch location, past seminar theme, or Davar-specific Bible teaching—the service returns HTTP 503 instead of guessing.
General Bible questions remain available and are explicitly identified as general responses.
1.15
Build 173 Released:
iPad BibleThree panesSidebar
Improvements
Refined the iPad Bible's one-, two-, and three-pane layouts so each pane uses the width currently available after a sidebar or orientation change.
Kept Bible text, commentary, and study-resource content contained inside its own pane.
Bug Fixes
Removed the duplicate system sidebar control, leaving one clear menu button.
Fixed a transition frame that could clip the Bible screen or draw text across an adjacent pane when the sidebar or device width changed.
Updated the pane divider behavior to retain readable widths instead of producing an unusable narrow pane.
1.14
Build 170 Released:
Verse CardsMediaZoom
New Features

Added Japanese translation and read-aloud support for available commentary resources on supported OS versions.
Added a complete offline Kougo-yaku/KJV reader with continuous chapters, paragraph or verse-by-verse display, one- and two-pane reading, and previous/next navigation that opens at verse 1.

Version 1.12 Guide — “Ready to Receive Jesus”
This video introduces God's love, sin, salvation through Jesus Christ, faith, a confession of faith, and guidance for the journey that follows.
Raised the Church Photos & Videos limit to 10 GB for each individual photo or video, allowing long event recordings and original-quality media to be contributed without splitting the file.
Unchanged Safety Boundary
The larger limit did not change sign-in, publication, moderation, or privacy behavior; normal upload permission and administrator controls still applied.
